Questions dealers ask us
Where does the pricing data come from?
DriversHub.com. Its 3M+ live retail listings, refreshed hourly, feed every recommendation. The engine prices against every comparable car on the market, not just the ones in our network.
What are the three pricing strategies?
To Profit, To Market and To Sell. Each is placed against live comparable listings, and each already accounts for flooring, depreciation and the opportunity cost of holding the car.
How does the appraisal auction work?
Post a saved appraisal, or any aged unit, from Apex VMS to BidAppraise. Network dealers have 30 minutes to bid. Bid amounts are visible to everyone, and dealers are identified only by ZIP code.
What is an execute price?
An optional hidden price set by the seller. The first bid that reaches it wins and ends the auction immediately. Bidders never see it.
Which book values are included?
MMR, Black Book and J.D. Power, with clickable condition grades, all for your ZIP code.
What does AutoSceneAI do?
It takes ordinary lot photos and places the car on a clean studio background in one click, so your whole inventory has a consistent, professional look online.
Do I have to use all three products?
No. Apex VMS, BidAppraise and AutoSceneAI each work on their own, and they share data when you use them together.
